Indian Creek Campground now taking reservations online

CARSON CITY, Nev. – As of March 1, customers have been able to reserve campground sites on Recreation.gov, including the BLM-operated Indian Creek Campground, which is adjacent to Indian Creek Reservoir in Alpine County and is scheduled to open on May 4, barring weather. BLM seeks public comment on proposed plan amendment for Mineral Ridge Mine

BLM holds Designated Leasing Area Siting Forum March 13

Public input deadline extended for Revised Draft Resource Management Plan

LAS VEGAS – The Bureau of Land Management has extended the deadline for public input on the Revised Draft Southern Nevada District Resource Management Plan/Environmental Impact Statement.

The deadline has been extended to March 23, 2018. The deadline was extended because of comments received from the public, and a desire by the BLM to collect more public input. The original deadline was February 2. (Read More)
