LAS VEGAS – The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) today released a draft Environmental Assessment and unsigned Finding of No Significant Impact analyzing Southwest Gas Corporation’s proposal to install 69.5 miles of new 24-inch diameter natural gas pipeline within an existing permanent right-of way.
