Though the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (Corps) may soon release a new proposed clean water rule, two separate lawsuits in New York are seeking to derail the agencies’ move.
During the first week of May, EPA Administrator Scott Pruitt told a House committee the agency is nearing completion of a new rule to replace the 2015 Waters of the U.S. (WOTUS) rule. (full article)
